Bonjour and Welcome Back To The Blog!
We are back again with another style post and today we will be getting comfy and cozy with a slow transition from summer to winter ft. pieces from CottonOn.
I’ve been slowly navigating my way through different styles and pieces trying to figure out what I like and don’t like in order to establish my personal style. My go to colors have definitely changed up a bit and I’m loving where it’s going, so without further ado let’s get to the fits to see how I’m styling my winter pieces this season.
Neutrals are key. A combination of mint green, blue and a light shade of brown.
Absolutely enjoyed putting this outfit together. Everything is super comfy and warm.
A loungewear moment maybe? Switch up the top layer with a cream white oversized hoodie for days at home or a chilled day out to keep warm. Comfort is always key. Throw in some gold rings to accessorize.
If you can’t already tell, I’m loving neutrals lately. Different shades of brown with a mix of gold to really elevate your look. I’m not one for trends but shackets are totally in and work for both winter and autumn if you’re someone that likes to flip looks to fit the seasons.
A pair of cream formal pants, a brown sleeveless top paired with a shacket; simple yet chic. And if you’d like to add something something to your look; add a white shirt or a lighter jacket for some layering or simply switch the top for a turtle neck or fitted hoodie.
A Hint Of Mint For The Not So Cold Chilly Days.
A day out with friends or a few errand runs for days that aren’t so cold and the sun is out: this is the fit. Switch the brown shacket for the mint green check look and a tight fit crop or a pair of black sweats.
Cozy in brown. More of an at home look for sure, a pair of black sweats paired with a super heavy super comfy jersey for a more relaxed look.
And just like that we’ve come to the end of the blog post. Stay tuned for more & be sure to keep going down below to read more blog posts.
Side Note: These outfits are perfect for the daytime when the sun is out and it’s not too chilly. These are the pieces you’d use to transition into the new season, definitely layering up as the season progresses.
A blog post on layering coming soon.
